Trips to Himachal Pradesh

I often take trips to a pine forest because its atmosphere rejuvenates my soul. It is my habit to talk with the hill people on some basic topics such as availability of resources, local businesses, and communication. Once I chose a health topic as an icebreaker though I was sure no one would be willing to share the details. The experience was surprising because the people actually shared the facts of some common illnesses over a light meal.

Author's Note: Himachal Pradesh is one of the states of India, hilly in terrain throughout with many Hindu temples, terrace fields, beautiful pine forests and rivers.
