They could at least have asked. Even if it was no more important to them than the weather we had on the way down. They could have asked, at least that would have been something. We won't nitpick about intent. It wouldn't have called for a get-out-your-billfold-and-show-the-pictures kind of production. You just think they'd have asked: how are they? what are they doing these days? what are their interests? Not that it would have mattered. To them.
