Hortensia Anderson

Hortensia Anderson, with the exception of a brief residence in Los Angeles, lived much of her life on New York's Lower East Side. She received graduate degrees from Hunter College and NYU. Her vers libre was collected in various chapbooks and in the book-length volume Trust (1995). A selection of her haibun, The Plenitude of Emptiness, appeared in 2010.
